An eligible customer is a person that is already enrolled in a public assistance program such as Medicaid, Veterans & Survivor Benefits, or food stamps. Alternatively, you may also qualify if your total annual income is at or less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If you live in Missouri and one or more of these applies to you, then you may qualify.
